Customer experience teams from seven of our global sites competed to find items and answer questions during a scavenger hunt last month. “The event has been a fantastic way to encourage collaboration and team building across our offices,” says Martha Salazar, a technical training supervisor. “We thought a scavenger hunt would be a fun and interactive way to help people explore their office space, meet colleagues they might not usually interact with, and enjoy some friendly competition.”' This team-building activity was part of a larger effort by the customer experience employee engagement committee.
