Zavedením tohto systému zaistíme, že náš produkt Fonafix (systém na diagnostiku a terapiu rečových porúch) bude bezpečný, efektívny a plne v súlade s legislatívou a reguláciami Európskej únie. Všetkým členom tímu preto, aj takto oficiálne, ďakujem za venovaný čas a energiu a gratulujem k získaniu certifikátov. ISO normy nie sú iba formalita, predstavujú náročný proces, ktorý si vyžaduje zodpovednosť a dôslednosť. Our entire team recently completed training for the ISO 13485:2016 requirements. 🌟 This standard defines the quality management system requirements for companies that design, develop, and manufacture medical devices. By implementing this system, we ensure that our product, Fonafix (a system for the diagnosis and treatment of speech disorders), will be safe, effective, and fully compliant with EU regulations and standards. I’d like to officially thank all the team members for their time and effort and congratulate them on earning their certifications. ISO standards aren’t just a formality, they represent a rigorous process that requires responsibility and attention to detail. [English below] 🇸🇰 SVK: Minulý týždeň som mal príležitosť zastupovať Scicake na AI & Data Summite (organizovanom Bitkom Events) spoločne s ďalšími českými spoločnosťami koordinovanými CzechTrade. Bola to skvelá akcia plná zaujímavých diskusií o najnovších trendoch v oblasti AI, dát a technológií. Jedným z kľúčových poznatkov pre mňa bolo, že hoci mnohé firmy inovujú v oblasti dát a AI, zjavne zaostávajú v pripravenosti na regulácie. Dodržiavanie predpisov sa príliš často rieši až na konci vývojového cyklu namiesto toho, aby bolo zahrnuté už na začiatku. Tento prístup môže viesť k významným následkom – od oneskorenia nasadenia produktov až po neočakávané právne problémy. 🚨 Regulácie by mali byť zohľadnené od začiatku, nie na konci inovačného procesu. V čase narastajúcich obáv o ochranu osobných údajov je nevyhnutné prioritizovať súlad s predpismi v počiatočných fázach, aby sme boli o krok vpred. V Scicake kladieme veľký dôraz na regulácie a dodržiavanie predpisov, a preto ich začleňujeme do všetkých fáz našich inovácií už od začiatku. Veľké poďakovanie patrí CzechTrade za organizáciu českej delegácie. Bolo mi potešením stretnúť sa s lídrami z rôznych odvetví a vymeniť si nápady. It was a great event, full of insightful discussions on the latest trends in AI, data, and technology. One key takeaway for me was: while many companies are innovating in data and AI, there’s a noticeable gap in regulatory readiness. Compliance and regulatory concerns are too often addressed at the end of the development cycle, rather than integrated from the start. This approach can lead to significant consequences – from delays in product deployment to unexpected legal challenges. 🚨 Regulations should be considered at the beginning, not the end of the innovation process. In an era of growing data privacy concerns, it's essential to prioritize compliance early to stay ahead. At Scicake, we pay close attention to regulations, ensuring they are integrated into all phases of our innovations from the outset. A big thank you to CzechTrade for organizing the Czech delegation.
