Accurate diagnostics are crucial, yet Bartonellosis often remains underdiagnosed, underscoring the need for increased awareness and better diagnostic tools. In response to this challenge, TestLine is developing the MBA Vector-Transmitted Infections Panel, including Bartonella henselae and quintana. Leveraging our advanced #MicroblotArray (MBA) technology, this innovative diagnostic panel is designed to detect multiple vector-transmitted infections. With the ability to simultaneously identify up to 10 pathogens in a single test, we'll be offering a powerful solution helping to diagnose these often elusive infections. 🌍 World Arthritis Day On Saturday 12th October, we joined the global community in celebrating World Arthritis Day (WAD), an initiative that has been raising awareness about rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs) since 1996. 🦠 Did you know? There are over 200 types of RMDs, many of which are still not widely understood, yet their impact on patients´ lives is profound. RMDs account for 60% of long-term sick leave and disability, making them one of the most prevalent chronic health conditions. In the EU alone, these conditions affect about 120 million people, many of whom struggle with overlooked and often misdiagnosed symptoms. 🔬 The bright side? However, rheumatology has advanced significantly over the past two decades, with cutting-edge research, innovative methodological approaches, effective treatments and coordinated clinical practices transforming patient care.
