Head of Finance (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

Financial management and reporting

• Lead and manage all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities
• Monitoring and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Supervision of Intrastat declarations and preparation of advance VAT returns
• Preparing and drawing up the annual financial statements in collaboration with auditors and tax consultants
• Preparation of monthly financial statements for management reporting
• Taking over liquidity management including cash flow forecasting
• Planning and implementation of regular controlling processes, including budget and forecast planning as well as regular analyses of the company's key performance indicators
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses

Payroll and communication with authorities

• Responsible for the complete payroll process
• Communication with authorities and health insurance companies
• Support in the creation and amendment of employment contracts
• Contact person for offices, authorities and insurance companies, especially in the event of accidents at work

Your Profil:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
