I'd say go for the basics and definitely focus on these five things: 1. An overarching messaging "house" (or however you want to organize your key messages; the house works something like: one key message as the roof; 3-5 supporting messages as pillars; examples, studies, arguments as the foundation beneath it all) 2. An overarching communications strategy and plan (detailing your mission/vision, goals, target group(s), main channels, key activities, plans for evaluation, etc.) 3. A content planning tool (and proper training for users so everybody feels comfortable using the tool) 4. Regular catch-up meetings (and someone to properly moderate them / time keep) 5. understanding that your team needs to feel/live the rebranding just as much

The narratives in the media/social media platforms/advertorials should be consistent. Reiteration: Ensure all stakeholders plug in the rebranding narrative while talking about the brand in public. This reinforces the brand's message, enhances recall and crates an impact amongst the audience.
