What I found helpful is to ascertain what led to the cutthroat culture, conduct individual meetings with staff, and determine their needs to perform to a high standard. Once the aforementioned phase is complete then a group meeting will be held to address the issue and share the importance of collaboration and teamwork in a healthy work environment In addition, well-being and team-building exercises will be scheduled, such as resort trips and Lyme nights, to improve their relationships.

The team has to remember why we are here. We are here to enhance our students educational life. However, as educators we will not always agree. Educators need to set goals to do their best. At staff meetings discuss our differences and come to the conclusion how we can work together. For a common goal to educate our students.
