Social media also relies on algorithms, and, assuming you are following your target audience, doing a deep dive as to what content appears in your algorithm is the first step in understanding what you need to do to regain your audience's attention. Outside of aligning your own brand voice where possible to how people use social media, engage more with your followers. Show that you listen and care. Social media is just that: Social. Take a one-to-one approach and have genuine conversations. As a brand, being human and social are the best ways to captivate your audience.
