Recognize and celebrate the difference between consensus and alignment. A team can be aligned on the path forward even if some team members disagree on the direction. One of Amazon's leadership principles is 'Disagree and Commit'. It's a good one, it encourages a culture of debate and supressess group think. High-functioning teams will always have a certain amount of dissent within their ranks. It's healthy and should be welcomed and given room to breathe. Listen to those that have a different view, but always bring the team back to a commitment to deliver.

If data isn't available, assign ownership of specific aspects of the feedback to team members. This ensures everyone has a stake in the outcome and helps move the team forward collaboratively.

It is important to understand that both the sides here wanted to do good for the product and obsessed about solving customer problems. Here is where the experience, data, and conviction come into a unified play. Irrespective of the side, back it up and keep pitching to other side until the divide merges and finally dissolves making it back into a common team. Also remember as a team we all should agree to disagree and be disagreement on product feedback should not hamper the overall team work.
