Information overload is a commonplace in external stakeholders oriented organisation. For example if we seek feedback for research and publication various stakeholders will provide perspectives which may even be contradictory in nature. In such cases, when subjectivity varies within a large spectrum it is better advisable to define the scope of the scientific or artistic work. Once work scope is frozen, it is mostly leave it or take it like situation. But then again the boundary conditions are to be set up with proper brainstorming with all pertinent bodies or partners. Else it will be like reinvent the wheel or like creating a panacea for all problems. In both situations it is either redundant or not pragmatic enough.

Prioritize feedback by categorizing it into urgent, important, and noise. Use the 80/20 rule — focus on the 20% of feedback that drives 80% of impact. Leverage mind mapping to visualize patterns and connect ideas creatively. Apply the SCAMPER technique (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, Reverse) to refine solutions. Use timeboxing — set limits for absorbing feedback before shifting to execution. Seek cross-disciplinary insights to approach problems from fresh angles. When overwhelmed, step away — breaks boost creative synthesis. Finally, prototype rapidly — test small iterations instead of waiting for the "perfect" solution. Shift perspectives, stay agile, and keep innovating!
