It should be completely normal for women to be CEOs, engineers, data analysts, software developers, and more – without needing the word 'female' before their job titles. But we’re not there yet. 💪 Especially in the energy and tech industries, women are still far from equally represented. But that doesn’t mean we can’t change it. In fact, we must change it – together.
