Do strategic meetings and cooking classes go hand in hand? It's a Yes for us! Here comes the recap of our C Level Retreat in Nice, France🇫🇷 We combined strategic planning for Q1 with some culinary adventures along the coast of France and of course, it wasn't all play, and no work: We had deep dives into our company goals for 2024, the upcoming quarter, different strategies and had hours of discussions throughout our next steps. Getting together, especially at the beginning of each year, is important for us. It allows us to align our visions and work on our goals. The finalized action steps are communicated to our Accelerated team, so that we all know where we want to stand by the end of the year. But we also had the great opportunity to have some fun through a memorable cooking class. Together, we rolled up our sleeves and dove into the fun of making pasta and pizza. New recipes and an even stronger connection among the C Level team!
