At last week’s IT-SA conference in Nuremberg, we joined our partners at metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH to share our common approach to building concrete cybersecurity solutions.   One of these solutions covers the CyberTalent Programme, presented by Jonathan Reynolds, Principal Consultant at metafinanz, and Kristin Erhardt, Business Development Executive at SANS Institute, addressing today’s security threats and highlighting the success in developing cybersecurity expertise in professionals with diverse backgrounds.   Emphasising the need for adaptable approaches to cybersecurity challenges, our colleague Vasile Bota outlined Accesa’s vision for 2025, which focuses on expanding the programme in other regions, including Romania. Yesterday, we hosted the latest ProductTank Cluj event: Transforming Product Organisations Beyond the Buzzword, in our newly opened 7th-floor event space. The product community gathered for an evening of learning, and networking, where they discussed practical strategies to navigate challenges in product management and harness AI for meaningful change, thanks to the insights shared by Mirela Mus, Founder and CPO at Product People. This event not only brought valuable knowledge to the attendees but also reflected Accesa’s commitment to creating an environment in which people can form genuine connections.

We were excited to welcome our partners from Volksbank to our headquarter in Cluj, during the final week of September. The visit focused on discussing the digital transformation journey of the Volksbanks in Germany and how we, as part of the Atruvia AG Group, are contributing to it.
