Therefore, we are excited to announce that customers in Germany can now withdraw cash at the checkout in all of our 2,200 ALDI Nord stores in the country. 🛒 After a successful testing phase in select regions, this country-wide roll-out is another step forward in making shopping at ALDI Nord as convenient and customer-friendly as possible. Especially for many customers in rural areas or regions where bank branches and ATMs are scarce, this new feature provides a valuable service, combining a shopping trip to ALDI Nord with easy cash withdrawal needs. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 💰 Cash withdrawals are possible with a minimum purchase of just 1 Euro. During that time, my team and me achieved a personal milestone: We were able to gain the highest sales in the Jaén area – that was very rewarding! But my journey did not come to an end there: A while ago I was offered a new position as Logistics Manager on the Canary Islands, which I am doing until today.”    𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐈?    “Yes, absolutely! That’s why we’re excited to share the results of two recent studies by ALDI ESPAÑA and ALDI France, highlighting the value impact of our private labels in these markets.    𝗜𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀! According to ALDI Spain’s annual private label survey, Spanish consumers view private label products as one of the most important ways to save money. ➡ 51% of Spanish consumers’ shopping baskets now consists of private label products.  ➡ 44% of consumers report having increased their consumption of private label products compared to 2023.  ➡ According to Kantar Worldpanel, ALDI Nord has driven a 7% growth in the volume of private label products in Spain over the last two years.    𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲? #ALDInews | ALDI Netherlands celebrates two years of success with the Herb-Rich Grassland project At ALDI Nord we are fully committed to innovative ways of fostering a sustainable future. Therefore, we’re excited to share the success of ALDI Nederland and the Herb-Rich Grassland project – a collaboration with FrieslandCampina and 43 Dutch dairy farmers.   🐄 When sowing the grassland, different herb mixtures are used, which provide valuable minerals and trace elements beneficial for cow health. Herb-rich grasslands attract insects and meadow birds, thereby enhancing biodiversity. After two years, this initiative is already yielding remarkable benefits for biodiversity and sustainability in the dairy farming supply chain.   🌱 Because herbs have deeper roots than grass, soil quality improves and water is better retained, making the area more resilient to extreme weather conditions. Additionally, the herb-rich grasslands require a reduced use of fertilisers, which benefits the environment and promotes balanced growth of both grass and herbs. Due to the positive impact of this initiative, some farmers have even expanded their herb-rich grassland areas.   🥛 To mark this milestone, ALDI in the Netherlands has released a special edition of our fresh milk under our private label Milsani, featuring a QR code that leads to more information about the project, including interviews with participating farmers.   Congratulations to ALDI Nederland!
