Our hybrid laser system - mobile and stationary ready for use - was placed on a crawler and supported a second laser system in a duet. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁? A lightning-fast, precise hardening process and a happy customer who was able to wait for his components while enjoying the flair of Elbflorenz. A special feature is the 60° angled coating nozzle. This means that blind holes can also be processed right to the end. The internal coating optics are part of our modular system configuration and can be integrated into all our stationary laser systems and easily exchanged for other optics.     💉 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝘁𝗲𝗰? 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗲! We also carry out prophylaxis on components that are severely affected by wear. We weld a hard alloy based on cobalt-chromium onto the highly stressed component surfaces - as in the case of this impeller. Particularly in the case of this impeller, which is used in a pump, we can greatly reduce the effects of cavitation with this hard alloy. This significantly increases the service life of the entire component. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! Your area of application? Corrosion and wear protection, repair, design modifications and additive manufacturing – especially for large components such as shafts and bearing shells. 🌟 In addition to the installation, we carried out the following maintenance work: 🔧 Inspection and maintenance of the robot system 🌀 Cleaning the cooling systems and fans 🛡️ Replacing the extraction system filters 💻 Software updates for offline programming and the new zoom optics Through regular maintenance intervals, we ensure that the quality of our laser machining processes remains consistently high and expensive downtimes are avoided. A tool steel with a high carbide content for maximum wear resistance was used as a filler material. The damage was repaired quickly and almost without a trace.
