    Last week, we kicked off 2025 with our first Heart2Heart Offsite – this time in the heart of Neukölln! Unlike previous offsites, we didn’t focus on #OKRs. Instead, we took a deep dive into understanding each other better, exploring new team structures, and brainstorming innovative ideas for the year ahead. The afternoon was dedicated to a creative workshop where we collaborated in small teams to discuss fresh ways to reach our target audiences. But the real highlight of the day was the #teambuilding experience. ✨ While we see each other weekly in the office (and we absolutely love our office days!), coming together in one space for an offsite event allows us to connect on a much deeper level. This time, we focused on #empathy – how can we better understand each other’s perspectives, roles, and pain points? What are the unspoken challenges we face as a team, and how can we support one another more effectively? By walking in each other's shoes, we strengthened our #teambond and left feeling more connected, inspired, and ready to tackle whatever the year has in store. These moments of #truecollaboration and understanding are what make us stronger as a team. 💜 #AMORELIE #comewithus

Wir von AMORELIE wollen noch einmal unsere Markenreichweite für ein Statement für Vielfalt und demokratische Grundwerte einsetzen. Bei der ersten Veröffentlichung vor einem Jahr hat es sich noch leichter angefühlt, sich dafür zu entscheiden. Heute ist es umso wichtiger, aber die Stimmung ist, ihr wisst es alle, anstrengend und angeheizt. Wir wissen, dass wir für unser Motiv nicht nur Lob ernten, einige von uns haben es in unseren Bekanntenkreisen getestet. Vor allem die Frage, ob Unternehmen sich überhaupt in Politik einmischen sollten, wurde heiß diskutiert. Aber: Dieses Motiv ruft auch so viel positives Feedback hervor, wird sogar fotografiert und gepostet, wie noch kein anderes unserer OOH Motive, was uns unglaublich freut. Neben der so wichtigen Botschaft für Vielfalt hoffen wir, dass es euch kurz zum Schmunzeln bringt. This is why we needed to organize a little celebration at our beautiful office in Berlin. We got a beautiful cake designed for us! This year’s question ‘Would you like a piece of the cake?’ had a bit of a double meaning 🍑 😉 But the cake couldn’t compete with the karaoke room that was full all night, maybe we should keep it there for some daily karaoke breaks at the office?!
