💡 Why We Use Webflow, Wized & Xano for Web App Development
Ever wondered why we prefer a visual tech stack like Webflow, Wized, and Xano for building web apps over something more traditional, like React & Node.js?
In our experience, a successful web app is less about specific tools and more about delivering a quality experience for end-users—and making it straightforward for project owners to manage.
This is where a visual tech stack really shines, especially with Webflow at its core. As the go-to platform for creating marketing websites, Webflow is already familiar to many teams, from marketers and designers to developers. Building on this existing knowledge base with tools like Wized and Xano allows us to harness the speed, power, and cost-efficiency of visual development.
The result? A tech stack that enables meaningful and engaging experiences for your users while making things more manageable for your team.

Today feels like a personal milestone for me.
For one, creating this Skool group allows me to align the direction of my SaaS much more closely with the actual needs of our user base.
On the other hand, this also marks the end of a significant chapter in my journey.
Back in October 2019, I began with dropshipping because I desperately wanted to move away from my insurance sales apprenticeship. Despite my efforts, I never achieved the high conversions needed to make it truly profitable.
With a limited budget, the only thing I could consistently improve was my website. However, something about the world of #Shopify never quite sat right with me.
I always wanted more control, particularly over the payment experience, and I became obsessed with wanting to customize that aspect—something Shopify (and similar visual web software) didn’t really allow.
It wasn’t until 2023 that I finally achieved full payment flow customization, using Stripe Elements.
To get there, I had to learn:
- HTML & CSS
- Senior-level JavaScript
- How to truly understand back-end development
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- How to read API documentation
- cURL
- And a bit more.
This journey has been incredibly rewarding, leading to opportunities I never would have anticipated. But now, things have come full circle.
Today, I successfully created a 100% visually customizable Stripe Elements payment flow using #StudioForm, #Webflow, #Wized, #Xano, and #StripeElements.
I’ve even turned it into an easy-to-use cloneable and recorded a 4-minute Loom video tutorial on how to implement it.
It’s interesting to see how such a long journey can culminate in something that’s now so quick and replicable..
I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’d be honored to support anyone curious to learn more in our new StudioForm Skool group.
Looking forward to connecting! 😄
