Today marks the launch of The Data Workers' Inquiry, a collaborative project launched by the Weizenbaum Institute, the Technical University of Berlin, and the Distributed AI Research Lab. This initiative features data workers involved in artificial intelligence and content moderation, discussing their working and living conditions. Milagros Miceli, a sociologist and computer scientist, co-initiates this project to shed light on the often invisible labor behind AI systems and content moderation.
