After 50 years of democracy, Portugal and Spain decided to celebrate their relations in the Spanish capital, at the conference "Inspira Portugal", last Tuesday. Our CEO, António Portela, took part in the conference, where he participated in the panel “Economia e Empresas” and approached the internationalisation of BIAL. BIAL’s corridors were abuzz with the curiosity of eight enthusiastic students supported by Stand4Good, primarily from the Sciences area! The day was filled with visiting the Factory, plus the Quality Department and Logistics. Recognising Education as one of the pillars of society, we are proud to support this organization from day one. Reminder: Stand4Good supports college students who, despite living in a situation of proven economic hardship and having applied for Social Welfare Grants, did not receive them by a minimum margin. Sustainability is on our radar and this is clear in initiatives we are developing internally. In partnership with ADENE - Agência para a Energia , we invited our people to attend the session "Uncomplicate Energy: How to be efficient and sufficient?" to discuss ideas and tips to be more sustainable in our homes. It was a perfect combination of knowledge-sharing and commitment.
