Former DAX-CEO Kasper Rørsted joins Circus SE We are proud to announce that the former CEO of Adidas and Henkel, Kasper Rørsted, joins the Board of Advisors (Beirat) of Circus SE.  Rørsted will contribute his extensive experience in leading some of the world’s most iconic brands and managing complex, high-growth businesses at a global scale. With his track record of leading top global companies, he supports the growth of Circus SE and the rollout of the CA-1 as the world's first autonomous embodied AI robot for the food service industry. Next to his role at Circus SE, Rørsted is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Siemens and Lenovo as well as the Board of Directors of A.P. Møller-Mærsk. With his extensive experience in leading technology and logistics companies, he strengthens the strategic direction of Circus SE.

Former McKinsey Director Hajo Riesenbeck joins Board of Advisors With over 30 years of experience in global strategy, business transformation, and consumer innovation, Hajo has helped some of the world’s most influential brands scale and expand. As a former McKinsey leader, he built the European Marketing & Sales Practice and played a key role in shaping global business strategies. Beyond corporate leadership, he is a dedicated advocate for sustainability and food security. As a Board of Trustees member of Welthungerhilfe (WHH), he actively supports efforts to ensure better access to nutritious food—a mission that aligns with Circus SE’s vision to reduce food waste and transform food production with AI and robotics. Welcome Co-CEO Claus Holst-Gydesen! We’re excited to announce that Claus Holst-Gydesen will join Circus Group as Co-CEO for Global Expansion and Strategy, working alongside founder and CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel. With leadership experience at Viega and Zwilling, Claus has scaled German enterprises into global market leaders. Under his leadership, Viega grew to nearly EUR 2 billion in turnover, employing over 5,500 people worldwide. At Circus Group, he will drive global expansion, commercial growth, and the deployment of Physical AI and robotics. His appointment comes as mass production of the AI-powered CA-1 robot begins, with 8,600+ units pre-ordered from international clients.
