I am pleased to announce that we have finalized the integration of the Eclipse Dataspace Connector (EDC) for International Data Spaces for the process industries. With this development, companies from the chemical, pharmaceutical and related industries can easily create a Digital Product Passport (DPP) from SAP EH&S, PLM and Product Compliance. Data is easily transformed and integrate it into digital data spaces. Regulatory requirements like the ESPR can be easily fulfilled. The DPP also offers comprehensive efficiency benefits and innovations along the value chain. I was able to present our initial prototypes at the German Chemical Industry Association VCI a year ago and I am particularly pleased to now be able to present a solution based on the standards provided by the European Commission and consortia. This year, the contents of the DPP were discussed intensively and comprehensively at BDI - Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. I am looking forward to the next steps with Cofinity-X, for integration into the ecosystem of Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud (AISBL) service providers. Because...  ...with our Eclipse Dataspace Connector (EDC) for digital data spaces in the chemical industry, we enable seamless integration into data spaces based on the Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud (AISBL) (Gaia-X Hub Germany) standard that is supported by Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Materials are identified via the Digital Product Passport (DPP).   We are delighted about the provision of a technology for networking the chemical industry. Data can be integrated into existing data spaces and exchanged on the saifty.cloud platform. The development follows the standards of the Gaia-X initiative.
