Alongside Pharmaron Biologics (UK) Ltd and Complement Therapeutics, we have received a £1.4m Innovate UK Transforming Medicines Manufacturing Programme grant to develop an intensified perfusion process to improve production of adeno-associated virus (#AAV) for #GeneTherapies. ➡️ https://buff.ly/3NqY5CW The process developed during the two-year project aims to enable AAV to be produced from a higher density of cells, over extended periods of time, reducing production costs. With the help of the incredible team at Wilder Work and Thorp Coaching at the Hatch Park Estate, we strapped on our outdoor gear and engaged in various activities ranging from more adventurous ones like foraging 🪵 and a competitive cook-off challenge 🥘 , to more relaxed campfire conversations 🔥 .   We also had the opportunity to reflect on our strengths and our company’s mission and vision 🎯.
