The demand for post-consumer recycled plastic resins (PCR) is increasingly growing. The growing shift of some consumers towards recyclable and eco-friendly materials, combined with growing public awareness of environmental health issues, has led several brands to consider new resins to develop their sustainable solution, in the world of packaging but also in many other industries. Many of our actuators and spray caps but also spray and dispenser pumps have their PCR version, from products with a low percentage of recycled resin to products, such as Hydra, moulded entirely with PCR. Coster’s mBOV is the first metered dose bag-on-valve on the market. It features a piston chamber system coupled to a three-way valve. Available for both spray and gel applications, the mBOV delivers a specific dosage of product at each actuation using compressed gases as propellant.
