We are consistently thrilled to see how the 77 Human Needs create value for you out there. A thousand thanks to Maximilian Viethen for sharing this story, to Martha Sophie Nygård for the great implementation, and to Raphael Gielgen for tirelessly passing on the torch. 🔥
What if spaces truly understood people's needs? That's the question we asked ourselves yesterday. We had the privilege of hosting a workshop with a group of architects, centred around the "77 Human Needs" framework by Guido Beier. Big thanks to Martha Sophie Nygård from our team, who prepared and led the session —well done Martha! 👏 Since the pandemic, the way we work has drastically changed. Many companies are struggling to bring people back to the office, often because they don't start with understanding the needs of people within these spaces. This is why the framework based on the 77 Human Needs is so fascinating and relevant. They allow us to take a step back, reconsider, and reshape our spaces to meet evolving human expectations. In our rapidly evolving work environments, bringing people together and crafting spaces where they truly want to be is key. By focusing on these 77 Human Needs, we can design workplaces that foster connection, productivity, and well-being. A human-centric approach ensures that when we truly understand and address people's needs within a space, the outcome is not just beautiful but functionally inspiring and effective. We're excited to host more workshops in the coming months! If you're curious to learn more, reach out or stop by our showroom. Finally, a big thanks also to Guido Beier for his support, and to Raphael Gielgen for his keynote in September, where we first explored and got to learn more about this innovative system. I truly believe that if we start putting the human at the centre of our design proposals, we can create inspiring and inviting spaces that truly work. 💡 That's it from me, happy weekend everyone! :)
