PEMT Annual Meeting (formerly PAAT Annual Meeting) The theme of this year’s PEMT Annual Meeting (formerly PAAT Annual Meeting) is: Process Engineering and Materials Technology of our Future. Interdisciplinary topics such as climate-friendly and sustainable production, electrification, CO2 and H2 management are developments that shape process engineering and materials technology in the present and future. The program is now online. The presentations and poster sessions will be held in English. On the first morning, the presenting companies and posters will be briefly introduced orally. The lecture program will be complemented by the poster sessions and an accompanying exhibition. Another highlight is the ChemCar competition 2024, which will take place together with the exhibitor/poster party on the evening of Monday, November 11, 2024. It’s a wrap – PIDMIC 3.0 With an impressive turnout of over 100 attendees, PIDMIC 3.0 was an unequivocal triumph. Distinguished representatives from various industry and standard organizations converged at Achema in Frankfurt for two dynamic days of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and impactful discussions. The event buzzed with energy as participants engaged in productive workshops, yielding tangible results. A next big step to get aligned and global  data specifications for the whole plant life cycle of the Process Industry. (Heiner Temmen) Two years ago, at the PIDMIC 1.0 we learned a lot about the different initiatives, in the sense  “who is doing what”. This year we developed a clear understanding how to align the initiatives to implement a data driven asset lifecycle management.
