Celebrating 60 Years of METRO: One Team, One Spirit! 🎉 As we mark METRO's 60th anniversary, our global family is coming together to celebrate this incredible milestone at the headquarters at Duesseldorf. Here at the One METRO Campus, we hosted our colleague-activation as part of the One METRO Festival Week. Colleagues from all entities were invited to experience our intuitive DISH POS solution firsthand, and the feedback was fantastic! With just a few clicks, participants ordered some delicious hotdogs via the system and enjoyed them at the DISH Hotdog Station - making the day both interactive and mouthwatering! 🌭 A big thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make this event one for the books. DISH Summit in Croatia 🇭🇷 📲 Last Thursday, the DISH Summit took place in Split hosted by our colleagues from METRO Hrvatska at the ASPIRA - University of Applied Sciences. This summit is bringing together our DISH Digital Solutions team and our METRO/MAKRO colleagues from across the countries. Next to best practices I also had the chance to present our strategic goals! It was great to see how #digitalisation, one of the core pillars of our #sCore strategy, is driving innovation in the #HoReCa sector. 🏆 We also celebrated outstanding achievements! Congrats to the winning teams from METRO Hrvatska, Makro Portugal, METRO Slovakia, makro ČR, METRO Magyarország, and Makro España for your exceptional performance! 🎉 🛒 Of course, we didn’t miss the opportunity to visit the METRO Split store on Friday where I could see the implementation of our #sCore strategy first hand.
