Last stop: Copenhagen, min yndlingsby, my favourite town in Scandinavia! Holger Weber has been here almost every month in recent years, and x.project AG is monitoring many developments here, having conducted numerous TDDs for transactions. Copenhagen and Aarhus offer an excellent investment climate. We are very proud of our close cooperation with Peter Ejsing and the NIRAS team, as well as Brian Linde-Jørgensen and his crew from Taurus Ejendomsadministration, who support us in navigating Danish laws, local regulations, and market-specific requirements. Last Wednesday I had the great pleasure of meeting my partners in Stockholm to discuss our long-term partnership and how we can introduce our customers to our respective markets.   Ianni Bellis and Raffaello Di Schiena - whom I know for more than ten years now- shared insights on Sweden’s growing market with 7+ yields. Ianni provides a second opinion for investment decision based on hard facts and scientific analysis, while Raffaelo brings decades of engineering experience. Insights from Berlin GRI 2024   Attending the Berlin GRI Club 2024 this week was a valuable opportunity to explore the future of German real estate, with a focus on cross-border portfolio diversification.     The event, hosted by CMS Deutschland at their beautiful Berlin HQ, featured insightful panels on investment cycles, financing challenges, and asset trends across Europe and beyond.    It was extremely informative to hear international investors talk about their plans for the near future. Holger Weber was especially grateful for the contributions from Investors with a broader perspective, at least on a European scale. Some came from the other side of the globe.   The exchange of information is much more intense within this more private club-format.
