IBM Quantum Summit EMEA: The Era of Quantum Utility   As we’re entering the new era of quantum utility, all eyes are now on how quantum computers can advance science and technology by achieving results beyond the reach of classical computation. 🚀 Empowering Women in Technology through Real-World Innovation!  The Female Digital Camp brought together 20 talented young women to explore digital product development and tackle challenges within the E.ON ecosystem. Over 3 weeks, these future tech talents used Design Thinking and advanced tools like Figma to develop and test real-world prototypes for E.ON, eprimo GmbH, Süwag Energie AG, and enviaM-Gruppe.   This camp was more than just tech—it was about giving women a strong voice in shaping the future of the energy sector. 💡   A big thank you to the Bermuda Digital Studio Bochum (BDS) for leading this impactful project. 🚀 19 Young Professionals start into their digital future    With 10 new apprentices and 9 dual students, our teams are growing with talented and enthusiastic young people. We are delighted to welcome 19 new joiners, including 10 IT application development apprentices, 4 cyber security, and 5 business computing students.  In our locations in Hanover and Essen, our new joiners will kick off their journey with an engaging onboarding week filled with introductions, talks and workshops. They will attend in-depth sessions on key topics such as AI and cybersecurity, giving them a strong foundation in these essential areas.  To develop teamwork and problem-solving skills, our new recruits will take part in an exciting online escape room challenge. They will also learn from our colleagues from d_lab, a platform dedicated to creative collaboration, experimentation, and the development of innovative solutions for digital transformation. And our People, Learning and Development department will ensure our new hires have the tools and resources they need to thrive in their roles We are excited to see the impact our new colleagues will have as they seize these opportunities and contribute to EDT's digital transformation.
