Android 16 news 💚 Google may be shifting its Android release schedule, with rumors suggesting that Android 16 could launch in Q2 of 2025, significantly earlier than the usual Q3 fall releases. This change seems to be caused by improvements in Google’s development processes. Another surprise: while “Vanilla Ice Cream” was the last release, we expected a “W” codename next.
