🎙️ Dr. Feriha Zingal-Krpanić was part of the panel discussion: 'Beyond Boundaries – Leading Change with Diversity and Inclusion'. "Every human being is individual and so is leadership. It is important to treat team members individually based on their individual needs. This is why diverse leadership starts with yourself: stop talking, start listening." says Feriha Zingal-Krpanić.
💡 "Startups are a vital source of innovation, essential for delivering meaningful impact at the core of our business." Bessem Ayari had the chance to get to know a mature line of startups from and outside of Düsseldorf. For him, governance does not have to be an obstacle but rather an opportunity for driving innovation. In order to be successful in implementing solutions, collaboration with all stakeholders is necessary.

You might still reach the finish line, but it will be harder, and you’ll definitely be slower," says Luisa-Marie Schmolke. Although most people in the audience use AI, almost none are using it for Design Sprits – yet.
