Team etalytics on the Move: Our Annual Wine Hike! 🍷🍇 On Friday, our team took a break from the office to enjoy a relaxing hike through the vineyards south of Darmstadt. It was a great opportunity to connect outside of work and take in the beautiful surroundings. Our Wine Hike has become an annual tradition, but this year the excitement was mixed with a bit of uncertainty about the weather. Still, we set off with high spirits and got lucky. We enjoyed beautiful views, nice chats and some wine along the way. It’s always nice to enjoy time with the team in a more relaxed setting. 🌞 etalytics' Recap of Platform Global 2024 in Antibes 🌊 We had a great time at #PlatformGlobal2024 in Antibes, where the warm weather and beautiful location created the perfect backdrop for important conversations on current developments and the future of the global data center landscape. The networking opportunities at the event were fantastic, with new international contacts made, and invaluable industry insights shared. We had insightful conversations with industry leaders about energy efficiency and sustainability and exchanged ideas on how to tackle the challenges ahead. The increasing demands on power availability, rising workloads due to AI, and the push for sustainability were common themes throughout many panels. Collaboration is key— bringing all parties in the data center industry together is essential to solving these growing challenges. Only through joint efforts can innovative solutions be found to reduce energy consumption and pave the way for sustainable data center operations. All these challenges fuel the ongoing shift from air to liquid-cooled data centers, a topic highlighted by Marie CHABANON in the CTO panel. This transition is adding complexity to cooling operations as facilities aim to meet stricter PUE standards, highlighting the need for the industry to come together and embrace new approaches in cooling technology. One of the recurring themes was the shortage of skilled workers in the industry—a significant challenge that many operators face. As data centers become increasingly complex, the demand for specialized skills continues to grow. This is where etalytics steps in: our platform leverages AI-driven solutions to streamline operations, optimize resource management, and support operators in overcoming workforce limitations. A special highlight was the GDA dinner, where we enjoyed great conversations and connections. A big thank you to Martin Kohoutek and the #GDA team for the excellent organization! 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! 🚀 We had an amazing time at the German Datacenter Conference in Bad Vilbel. We enjoyed listening to great panelists on three stages while exploring the latest trends in the industry, including key insights on sustainability and Germany's growing importance as a data center hub. Henry Daunert from AQ Compute - Data Centers summed it up well:  "𝗜𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜, 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲" highlighting the industry's responsibility to adopt environmentally conscious practices and technologies in the design, construction, and operation of data centers. Building on this, many discussions at the conference focused on Germany's latest regulations, which set new standards for PUE and waste heat utilization. While these regulations could soon be adopted by other countries, they also pose significant challenges for operators. Meeting the ambitious PUE targets requires balancing customer flexibility with infrastructure redundancy. Finally, our favorite moment was when Günter A.
