European Operational Management Worldwide Leadership is a 3I platform (Internet Ideas Incubator) founded by Jose Manuel Casasnovas in Frankfurt, Germany in 2022. Most people would wrongly say that leadership is vision, courage, credibility, determination or even militarism or politics. We however sincerely believe that leadership is first and foremost about people. It is about leaders releasing people to do what they need to do in the most productive and beneficial way. You cannot call yourself a leader and not have followers. A leader´s greatest compliment and achievement is his or her followers, and followers will reflect a leader´s positive value and missions. Success is a decision. You can become the leaders´ leader if you adhere to the principle that the growth and development of people is the highest skill of leadership. Business Objectives: 1.- To promote Operational Leadership: Today there is a lot of emphasis on Strategy and Business development however, many Companies are failing to communicate, align and properly execute. 1st paradigm shift: Strategic Leadership --> Operational Leadership 2.- To consolidate best practices on Operational Management: Operational Management is not just Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence, it rather involves all areas of the organization and demands a shift from process thinking to system thinking. 2nd paradigm shift: Process thinking --> Systems thinking 3.- To engage all functions and stakeholders along the entire Value Chain, beyond industries, countries and cultures in order to create more effective and efficient businesses, a positive impact on the community and a sustainable future.
