We are still reflecting on the incredible discussions and impressions made during the three days. 🌍🤝One of the key topics this year was international cooperation in the face of pressing challenges in the energy sector. With visitors from over 70 nations and exhibitors from 34 countries, E-world once again gathered decision-makers from around the world to shape the future of energy. This was also reflected during the Day of Consulates as well as in the new E-world Wide area, which offered additional networking space for international delegations. 📣Tomorrow is #InternationalWomensDay! The energy industry is transforming. With renewables constantly expanding, the demand for skilled workers in various fields is rising and the range of jobs diversifying. Yet, despite the many opportunities, women remain underrepresented. Gender bias continues to slow progress. Nevertheless, change is happening! At #Eworld25, we saw powerful discussions on female leadership and increasing women's participation in the sector. Events like "the Female Founders Brunch" by Enpulse , the"women&energy Get-togehter" by PwC and "Women in Energy" by Vattenfall brought inspiring voices together to drive transformation. Let's continue to push for equal opportunities, innovation, and diversity in the energy field. 💡💪

This was our Career Day! 😍 1,300 students and young professionals took the opportunity to learn about different careers in the energy industry and networked with companies.
