Probation Period 🤔 is a period for both sides (an employee and an employer) to get to know each other and understand if they like working together. Probation-Period-Pass Tips: - Try to spend time with your colleagues (don't take home office days, integrate into the company's environment first). - Stay active and overperform. - Get connected with your hiring manager and ask for their feedback (so you can improve).

No Sponsorship Needed! Are you only applying for jobs with a sponsorship? Start applying for every open position you are interested in! Your main goal is to get a job offer. You can apply for a visa independently, without needing a sponsor. FAJIG coaches every applicant on how to achieve a job offer and obtain their dream visa! 😉

#OpportunityCard You might think that the OC process takes a lot of time and that obtaining the desired visa is challenging 😓 However, at least four candidates who are in our program are coming to Germany with the OC at the end of September/ the beginning of October. Good to know ❗ Generally, we work with IT experts who have 5+ years of work experience. BUT❗if you are in Germany with the OC, Job Seeker Visa, or any other kind of residence permit, there may be some exceptions 😍

Am I eligible for the Opportunity Card? 🤔 #Germany You can get the Opportunity Card if you meet the Points System criteria, which includes factors like your age, qualifications, work experience, language skills, ties to Germany, and other relevant abilities. New opportunities are coming 😎 As we all know, August is a month of summer vacation in Germany: - There aren't many open positions to apply for. - Companies are slow to respond. - The chances of getting a job offer are low. But August is almost over! Start applying now to be the first candidate on the list. And remember, the more applications you submit, the more interviews you'll get.

Work-Life Balance in #Germany or what has surprised our coachee from Pakistan 😉 1) You are forced to stop working after 5-6 PM. No one wants you to overwork and get stressed. 2) Completed your tasks? Feel free to go home. Do not feel guilty for leaving your office earlier. 3) No one controls your every step. You are fully responsible for your time management and task completion. Just interesting facts: - Clean air and clean water. The environment is less polluted. - An international work environment that allows you to evolve professionally.
