To accelerate this transformation, Implement Consulting Group is also working with Fraunhofer FIT to advance empirical research on Twin Transformations. As a result of this collaboration, we have developed a 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 that serves as a starting point for your Twin Transformation journey ahead!
