Flexn Flourish is a community-led wellness club committed to diversifying the fitness and wellness industry. We create inclusive spaces designed for underrepresented groups and marginalized communities, empowering them to engage in holistic wellness practices. By addressing these communities' barriers, Flexn Flourish promotes equitable access to fitness and wellness resources. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and support, encouraging participants to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health. 40+ people overbooked our first event of the year after going live for only 3 hours! 😱😱😱😱🥹 Yesterday, we opened registration for our first event of 2024, in collaboration with ROOTS Berlin, being Yoga & Journaling for #Flinta of color. This is the third session of a three-part series, which started in November, that aims to connect oneself back to one's roots during the winter season. We are overjoyed by the rapidness of responses, which shows us we are in the right space. And we will continue to create these spaces for as long as they are needed (aka forever). This year we flex.
