Emotionally invested team members would actually love to contribute to both the success and sustainability of OKRs: 🔔 Team members are likely to be emotionally invested when we as the top management of the company offer: A career (career advancement opportunities) , a cause (an opportunity to have a positive impact and purpose), and a community. 🔔 co-creation and inclusivity of strategy formulation and goal-setting 🔔 A motivating climate 🔔 We are setting goals on a 'shaky foundation' in the case of not having gained stakeholder buy-in, nor clear strategies to align our goals to. Clarity of communication around strategies and goals is critical to get emotional buy-in. Without buy-in we are simply going through the motions of setting goals and missing out on the motivating mechanisms inherent within the goal-setting process when executed effectively #flowyteam #goals #financialinvestment #emotionalinvestment

We need to take confident action on the tasks that we have set. If we fail to take consistent, confident, and prioritized action we are unlikely to see positive results in relation to our KPIs and OKRs. We should thoroughly assess which tasks have the highest potential yield on our key results and KPIs and refine them over time. Using a software to draft Kpis and OKRs is not purely to keep track and record of them, but instead to also prioritize and make progress transparent. Effective use of Flowyteam is about consistent iteration and prioritization to ultimately actualize the vision of your company.
