Thomas emphasized how our focus on taxis underlines our commitment to long-term, sustainable growth. 🚕 🛴 🚗 Thomas shared FREENOW’s evolution from its early days as MyTaxi to becoming a multimodal platform across nine European countries, offering everything from taxis to e-bikes, carsharing, and scooters – all with a customer-first mindset. 🏙️ He also addressed the need for a level playing field in the mobility sector, particularly when balancing taxi services with private hire vehicles (PHV), as well as the importance of upfront fixed pricing – now available in cities like Munich, Berlin, and soon Frankfurt – to boost trust and transparency for users.
