FUCHS successfully closes financial year 2024 with new EBIT record! Despite economic challenges, we achieved: - €3.5 billion in sales revenue - 5% EBIT growth to €434 million - 10% increase in earnings per share - 23rd consecutive dividend increase Looking ahead to 2025, we are setting our sights even higher with a revenue target of €3.7 billion and an EBIT of €460 million – supported by our dedicated team, clear strategy, and drive for innovation. The world’s population is growing. By 2050, we will be 10 billion. 🌍   More people than ever will drive, use smartphones, and rely on essential services. Without lubricants, modern life wouldn’t function.   Yet, despite their importance, our industry is often overlooked in political decision-making. That’s why our CTO Sebastian Heiner, together with Markus Garb, VP Global Sustainability, took the stage at the European Parliament last night to represent the lubricants industry. He shared FUCHS' perspective on how our sector contributes to a more sustainable future and engaged in discussions about the upcoming legislative plans, the revision of REACH, and the evolving requirements for our industry in the transition towards sustainability. Changes in the Executive Board of FUCHS SE   The Supervisory Board of FUCHS SE and the two Executive Board members Isabelle Adelt (CFO) and Dr. Sebastian Heiner (CTO) have agreed that their Executive Board contracts, which expire on October 31, 2025 and December 31, 2025 respectively, will not be extended. Both will pursue new professional careers outside FUCHS in the future.    “We would like to thank Isabelle Adelt and Sebastian Heiner very much for all the work they have done and their commitment to the FUCHS Group,” says Dr. Christoph Loos, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FUCHS SE. “Both have made valuable contributions to the success of the group in the last few years. We wish them all the best for the future,” adds CEO Stefan Fuchs.     Successors have already been found for both Executive Board positions.    Esma Saglik (49) will take over the responsibilities of Isabelle Adelt on May 1, 2025.  Mathieu Boulandet (42) will assume the position of Sebastian Heiner from August 1, 2025.     “With the two experienced managers Esma Saglik and Mathieu Boulandet, FUCHS is very well positioned for the future,” emphasizes Supervisory Board Chairman Loos.    Further Information: https://lnkd.in/eHHYFF9n
