Ook een bestaande huurder, Cell Signaling Technology Europe BV, heeft haar contract verlengd.   Met HALIX BV en een andere nieuwe huurder breiden innovatieve bedrijven binnen de life sciences sector zich verder uit op deze dynamische locatie. Dit onderstreept de aantrekkelijkheid van het Leiden Bio Science Park, voor internationale nieuwkomers en bestaande groeibedrijven.   In ‘The Einstein’ zijn dit jaar belangrijke duurzaamheidsinvesteringen gedaan. Deze maatregelen dragen bij aan een groenere toekomst en meer energiebesparing. Daarnaast wordt de entree van het rechterbouwdeel gerenoveerd voor een moderne 'look and feel'. In addition, the lease with Cell Signaling Technology Europe BV has been extended.   With the addition of HALIX BV and another new tenant, the life sciences sector continues to expand in this prime location. This underlines the attractiveness of Leiden Bio Science Park for both international newcomers and existing fast-growing companies.   In 2024, The Einstein underwent significant upgrades, including sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency. The right wing entrance of the building will be renovated to ensure a modern 'look and feel'. Darüber hinaus könnten bis zu 24 Millionen m² aufgrund von Homeoffice langfristig ungenutzt bleiben.   👉🏻 15-20 Millionen m² der obsoleten Büroflächen könnten in #Wohnimmobilien umgewandelt werden, was bis zu 200.000 neue Wohnungen schaffen könnte.   👉🏻 Die Umnutzung in Life Science-Immobilien ist in etablierten Clustern möglich, mit einem Potenzial von bis zu 2,5 Millionen m².   👉🏻 Für 65-70 Prozent der betroffenen Büroflächen gibt es keine direkte Möglichkeit zur Umnutzung in diese beiden Immobilientypen, was alternative Lösungen erfordert.   Neugierig auf weitere Insights?
