We are happy to welcome a further addition to our GENUI team: Alex Prentki starts today as Director IT Risk & Compliance.    Alex will focus on IT risk management, regulatory and compliance topics. He joins GENUI from Barclays Consumer Bank Europe where he was Head of Technology Risk & Cyber Security, responsible for operational resilience, keeping assets safe, compliance with frameworks, policies and regulatory standards while also managing internal/external audits and regulatory requests.    Alex explains: "The GENUI model is really unique: joining forces with successful outstanding entrepreneurs who support the portfolio companies together with the GENUI team to not only scale their returns but also their positive impact. Mareike van Oosting ist eine ausgewiesene Social-Impact-Expertin mit über zehn Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Venture Philanthropy, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) und Impact Investing. Zuletzt verantwortete sie als Responsible Business Senior Managerin bei der globalen Kanzlei Hogan Lovells die Region Kontinentaleuropa, in der sie den CSR-Bereich seit 2017 aufgebaut hat. Ihre Erfahrungen im Impact Investing sammelte sie u.a. bei der BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt. Die studierte Sozialökonomin mit einem Master in Staatswissenschaften war zudem viele Jahre als Business Coach und Mentorin, u.a. für das Impact Hub Network, tätig. We welcome Lydia Kruse to GENUI! Lydia starts as Financial Controller, further strengthening our risk management. She will focus on fund administration, controlling, reporting and treasury.
