Digital Almaty 2025 was an incredible conference that brought together 20,000 visitors, highlighting the importance of partnership and collaboration across Central Asia and the Caucasus. After traveling across neighboring countries #Azerbaijan and #Uzbekistan, this was my first time experiencing a digital event hosted by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Astana Hub -and it was truly inspiring under leadership of His Excellency Zhaslan Madiyev. The event featured 230 exhibitors, including 80 innovative startups, and representatives from over 30 countries. It was a privilege to connect with incredible global speakers, including WOMEN IN TECH ® Global, CEO Ayumi Moore Aoki and Head of Kazakhstan Miss Assem Bolatzhan, and Ms. Natalia Mochu #ITU, and Director of Internl. Cooperation of KZ- Ms Aya M. and Mrs. Ainur Yusupova -Chairman of Government Public Services and Ms.Marcia-Elizabeth C. Favale and great minds, whose contributions to the tech ecosystem are truly remarkable Mr. Kuat Sandalov, Mr. Dmitriy Mun Mr. Asset Abdualiyev and Mr. Alim Khamitov PhD One of the most eye-opening experiences was witnessing how young generations are already deeply engaged in technology. Watching the incredible Robotic&Drone Battle Championship, where participants as young as 4 to 18 years old showcased their skills, was something truly unique. As both a startup growth enthusiast and a parent, I’m excited about the potential of the #CentralAsian region to become a #globalhub for #robotics and #techeducation. I have no doubt that these young innovators will soon share their skills with the world. A huge thank you to organisers and all wonderful people I finally had the chance to meet in person, and to my amazing friends and colleagues #dwtc #astanahubteam who make every journey even more special!
