Safety first! We have equipped all Bergneustadt first-graders with high-visibility vests. 🦺 Last week, we donated high-visibility vests for the road safety of all first-graders at "GGS Wiedenest", "Sonnenschule Bergneustadt" and "GGS Hackenberg".  The handover took place in the schoolyard of Sonnenschule Bergneustadt in a cheerful atmosphere, where the children proudly put on the new vests straight away and tried them out together.😊 The bright vests ensure that the children are clearly visible on their daily journey to school, even in the autumn and winter months. We are happy to support the safety for the children on the roads. It's finally starting! The construction of our company daycare centre "GIZEH Kids" begins! 🏗️👶 Since April 2023, we have been planning our own company daycare centre for employees children at our site in Bergneustadt. The daycare centre has space for up to 15 children aged between 4 months and 6 years. We are very pleased, that the construction of the daycare centre can begin soon and that we can take an important step towards balancing work and family life. The advantages for us are clearly recognisable. Parents have a good feeling when they know that their children are close by. They also don't have to make a diversion to work via the daycare centre and the childcare times can be adapted to the personal needs. The opening is planned for spring 2025! 😊 We are also looking for committed educators who would like to join us on this journey and become part of an innovative project. Yesterday an exciting outdoor event was organized for all our apprentices in collaboration with Outdoor Oberberg. 👏 The event was a complete success and it was all about integration into the existing team. In a varied supporting programme with numerous activities, such as geocaching, involved solving tasks together as a team. The aim of this event was for the apprentices from previous years to get to know the new apprentices and see themselves as a unit. 💪 There are still a few open apprenticeship places for 2024 and many new apprentices will also be sought for the start of apprenticeship in 2025. The exhibition "Linear becomes circular - from knowledge to action" at Innovationsstandort :metabolon in Engelskirchen has been open for several months. The exhibition presents circularly produced products from companies in the region. The core content of this exhibition is a cycle that is planned from the outset and in which the product can be reused at the end of its life cycle. We are delighted to be represented there as an example with some of our products and to be able to make our contribution to this exciting exhibition.
