During our industry session presentation we had the chance to highlight our recent developments and upcoming innovations. Justin Jeffery provided a fascinating look at Phantech, LLC’s journey, from its first phantom designs to its collaborations with us and RadQual. In this innovative study, #ImalyticsPreclinical played a crucial role in the characterization of #pulmonarypathology in a Golden Syrian hamster model of #COVID19. Our software enabled precise manual segmentation of #microCT scans to analyze lung abnormalities, including ground-glass opacities (GGOs), consolidations, and pneumomediastinum, providing key insights into disease progression. The research demonstrated the value of micro-CT as a non-invasive tool for tracking COVID-19-associated lung lesions and highlighted the strong correlation between imaging results and histopathological findings. Notably, Imalytics Preclinical facilitated detailed quantitative analysis, allowing researchers to uncover subtle yet significant radiologic abnormalities that mirrored human disease pathology.
