Meet Simon 👋⚡️ He’s one of our Technical Trainees! Inspired by a friend’s recommendation, Simon joined us back in October after completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken. At the start of his journey with us, Simon began what we like to call ‘speed dating’ through various departments to find his perfect fit. We offer our trainees this period of exploration, allowing them to discover roles that match their skills and interests. Completed in August 2023, this 431 sqm property now boasts 17 stylish rooms with an industrial-inspired design. For every item collected, their collaborators receive vouchers to buy essentials, access to health insurance or similar benefits.
