He's aiming to do so without using any fossil fuels, making his journey one of sustainability as well as adventure. Welcome Day Alternants: a day to mark the start of a new adventure! Each year, we provide more than 350 apprentices and interns enriching career opportunities. Since the beginning of the year, 49 apprentices have been welcomed in Germany. Recently, we also had the pleasure of welcoming around thirty new apprentices from Alsace during an integration day at the Hager Forum. Through a variety of engaging activities, they gained an inside look into our company’s history and culture. The day featured a customized escape game to explore our heritage, a hands-on workshop to see how our solutions contribute to shaping the electrical world of tomorrow, and a factory tour showcasing our production in action. It was a pivotal moment for them to discover Hager Group from a fresh perspective and to connect with fellow apprentices. "Hager Group is more than just a company: it’s an environment where each apprentice becomes an integral part of the team from day one, while also joining a dynamic community of interns and apprentices. We believe that a successful integration is essential to strengthen engagement and align with the culture and ambitions of our group. 🎉 AI Hackathon: First Edition, First Success! Over the course of three innovative days enthusiastically supported by 90 participants, Hager ushered in a new era of AI solutions tailored specifically for our strategic business. "The goal of this event was truly to generate ideas developed by and for our field teams," explains Marion Moliner, Analytics & Data Science Manager. From data analysis to enhancing the customer experience, there was no shortage of innovative ideas. "It was an amazing experience spending these days with extremely talented individuals from various areas of expertise," says Haritha Jose. As Gauthier Muller, organizer and coach at the event, sums up: "Each team gave it their all! Thanks to their motivation, they made impressive progress in no time and championed projects with a real impact on our industry." Creating meaningful connections with the next generation of talent Our “Décroche Ton Stage” event in Obernai brought together engineering students for a unique opportunity to interview for final internships (PFE), meet their potential future managers and immerse themselves in our collaborative culture. In addition to interviews, candidates received valuable CV feedback to enhance their future applications, ensuring that everyone left with a positive experience.
