HARTING welcomes DHB partners to exchange ideas 🤾 We had the great pleasure of welcoming our Deutscher Handballbund e.V. contacts to the HARTING Technology Group in Espelkamp. 🤗 During their visit, Jörg Westheider, Head of Sponsoring and Rights Management at DHB, Ninja Schweppe, Sponsoring/Partner Management at DHB, Manuel Mels-Schaar, Director Premium Partnerships at SPORTFIVE, and Dominik Buik, Manager Sponsoring and Partner Management at DHB, were given exciting insights into our innovative technologies and work processes. The joint workshop was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and deepen our partnership. In intensive discussions, we reflected on the many years of successful collaboration in handball, discussed future plans and identified areas in which we can continue to improve. ⚡ Electrification in the interests of reducing emissions   The Electrification Hub at Mälardalen University in Sweden aims to pool expertise and drive forward electrification while taking climate change into account. New apprentices on board at HARTING! 🚀   Today we welcome 26 new apprentices and dual students who are starten their journey at HARTING. With a total of around 130 junior employees in over 25 professions, including the new practice-integrated ‘Software Engineering’ degree programme, we are proud to be shaping the future of the Technology Group together. ‘You are actively shaping the future of the Technology Group. So: be curious, ask questions and, most importantly, enjoy doing all of this,' said Head of Apprenticeship Nico Gottlieb, motivating our new talents. The first day began with comprehensive onboarding at the NAZHA (New HARTING Training Centre), where all new apprentices learn from and with each other. During the onboarding week, the new apprentices are given an intensive insight into the world of HARTING, including training courses and tours of the company in Espelkamp and Rahden. The week traditionally ends with a team-building event on the "Bauerngolf" course.
