Another successful Health Day at our headquarters in Sankt Augustin! This year, we partnered again with Techniker Krankenkasse and Visiolife to offer our employees a comprehensive range of health-focused services. From body composition analysis and mobility assessments to back tests and ergonomic coaching, our team had plenty of opportunities to focus on their physical well-being. Fresh fruit baskets were also available throughout the day to keep everyone energized. 🍏💪 Taking care of our health today ensures we're ready for the challenges of tomorrow. Last week, our apprentices enjoyed an exciting trip to Stuttgart! 🌍   The program included highlights such as a visit to the company Interstuhl Deutschland, where they gained fascinating insights into the production of innovative office furniture. At the Porsche Museum, they immersed themselves in the world of the legendary car brand, and at the AMB - Internationale Ausstellung für Metallbearbeitung trade fair, they discovered the latest trends and technologies in metalworking. Among others, they visited the companies LANG Technik GmbH and Gühring KG, who invited us to their booth and presented their innovations. The evening program also had a lot to offer: a race on the go-kart track, a visit to the planetarium and a musical rounded off the days perfectly.   The trip was a great success – our new apprentices were able to get to know each other better and strengthen the team spirit! 💪   #Hennecke #apprenticeship #talents

Our CEO, Thomas Wildt, recently took part in a panel discussion at the "Wirtschaftstalk Rhein-Sieg". Together with Priyanka Gulati (Fraunhofer SCAI), District Administrator Sebastian Schuster, Grigori Bokeria (Simon-Kucher & Partners) and moderator Nathalie Bergdoll, they discussed the future prospects of companies in the Rhein-Sieg region, an important industrial area near Cologne, Germany.   The discussion on "Future & Industry" centered on how the industry can be a driving force in addressing modern challenges such as sustainability, energy supply, and mobility.
