Welcoming two very valued partners! It is always a very special occasion for us when we can host guests in Troisdorf, especially when they are customers and their customers. Thus, we were delighted to welcome several people from Siemens Energy and TenneT TSO GmbH at our HSP facility. Our guests were given a tour of our factory, allowing them to see our operations and capabilities firsthand. During our tour, we had some insightful discussions about our ongoing and future projects. Peter Dopplmair takes new role as the new CTO of Trench Group. Effective September 1, 2024, Peter Dopplmair will take over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Trench Group. In this new role, he will be responsible for the company's technological strategy, promote innovation and leading our digital transformation. Mr. Dopplmair studied Electrical Engineering at the Higher Technical College of Electrical Engineering in Wels and at the University of Hagen. Since 2004, he has gained extensive experience in various management positions, including at Siemens AG where he worked as Senior Consultant Innovation Strategy, before joining Trench Austria in 2016. At Trench Austria, he was responsible for sales and business development of coil products. In his new position at Trench Group, Mr. Dopplmair will focus on the development and optimization of sustainable products and will also support our customers with the know-how accumulated over decades by the entire Trench Group. “We are convinced that with his expertise and commitment he will make a decisive contribution to further expanding our position as market leader and actively shaping the future of our company,” says Dr. Bahadir Basdere, President and CEO of Trench Group. Empowering future talents together! We recently had the pleasure of welcoming aspiring Electrical Masters Craftsmen from Bundestechnologiezentrum für Elektro- und Informationstechnik e.V. (BFE) from Oldenburg to our site in Troisdorf. Their visit included an in-depth presentation of our products, a walkthrough of our production processes, and a detailed look at our impressive testing procedures for high-voltage bushings. It was a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge and insights about our industry with the next generation of professionals.
