The 90-minute webinar featured various presentations on the following topics: 🔸 Katharina Burdorf and Katharina van der Lans kicked off with 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗹'𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Participants gained insights into the current status of our portfolio work and into the latest marketing activities including trade fairs, social media updates, and media coverage. 🔸 Holger Ranters gave a presentation on 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. The session covered key considerations for producing vegetable fat creams and how to avoid common pitfalls, providing expert knowledge to ensure smooth and successful production. 🔸 The final presentation, 𝗖𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, was delivered by Mery Mehrabanpour. She informed participants on how balanced stabilizer systems can drive cost-efficiency in meat processing while maintaining high product quality.
