Just a few weeks ago, we were so excited to announce the newly formed partnership between SK bioscience and #IDTBiologika! 🤝 👉 This week, we were delighted to welcome Andrew Chey, Chairman of SK Group's SUPEX Council as well as Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of SK Discovery, to IDT. We were also honored to have Minister President Dr. Reiner Haseloff join our guests and extend a warm welcome to Saxony-Anhalt. The agenda included a traditional tea ceremony. After that the group explored the site, visited the Bauhaus Dessau and enjoyed dinner together. Auf dem Programm standen eine Teezeremonie, eine Standortsbesichtigung, ein Besuch im Bauhaus Dessau und ein Abendessen. From the desk to the nature reserve 💻 ➡️ 🌳 In order to strengthen the team and get to know each other better, you should leave your familiar working environment every now and then and gain new experiences. Together with NABU Leipzig, a regional association committed to nature and species conservation, some IDT colleagues dedicated their team building to a good cause: instead of computers, they used rakes to help out on a flowering meadow. 🍂 At the end of the day, there was a big thank you from NABU and a lot of knowledge: ✅ We learned a lot about the habitat for insects and other animals. ✅ We got involved in something new and went home proud and happy. ✅ We became stronger as a team and were committed to nature. What do you like doing together with your colleagues? 👉 Let us know in the comments. ______________ Vom Schreibtisch ins Biotop 💻 ➡️ 🌳 Um sich als Team zu stärken und besser kennenzulernen, sollte man die gewohnte Arbeitsumgebung hin und wieder verlassen und neue Erfahrungen sammeln. Einige IDT-Kollegen haben gemeinsam mit dem NABU Leipzig ihr Teambuilding einem guten Zweck gewidmet: Statt Rechnern kamen Rechen zum Einsatz, um auf einer Blühwiese zu helfen. 🍂 Am Ende des Tages gab es ein großes Dankeschön vom NABU und viele Erkenntnisse: ✅ Wir haben viel über den Lebensraum für Insekten und andere Tiere gelernt. ✅ Wir haben uns auf etwas Neues eingelassen und sind stolz und glücklich nach Hause gegangen. ✅ Wir haben uns als Team gestärkt und für die Natur engagiert.
